Default Replacing Bulb in Side repeater

Sorry but new to these Motors - so any tips on the best way to replace the bulb in a side repeater without completely destroying the seal, cracking the plastic cover et al ............ would be much appreciated.

Searched the forum no joy - hence the enquiry

Any help gratefully received before I butcher my side repeater!!!

Not familiar with that term, you mean the side markers right? (The blinkers on the side of the car next to the S2000 badge). If that's the case the repair manual states "Use a small flat blade screwdriver to pry carefully on the back edge of the side turn signal assembly until it pops out of the body"

You can do it without a screwdriver. Just push it.

It's pretty straight forward and never broken anything no matter how many times I've done it on several S2000s. If you are going to use a small flat screwdriver, let me suggest to cover it with insulation tape to avoid scratching the body paint.
