Default Replacing bulbs

Parking bulb, right side needs replacing. I thought I found a post saying remove wheel well liner. Can't find it now. Is this really necessary?

Yes, it will be easier to take off the wheel as well. Once you undo all of the clips, the liner should fall off. Don't force the liner off or you will brake some clips.

I managed to replace the parking light without removing the wheel, but it probably would have been easier to do so. Get a pack of those liner clips, a few will inevitably break.

can you replace the front blinkers as well without removing the wheel/liner or the front bumper?

Yes, just remove the wheel or turn it full lock to the inside (depending on your wheel/tire setup) and uncllip the fender liner at the front 3 points, under the arch, and it will pull down enough to get to it.

removing the wheel will assure that you can get the maximum amount of room to work. before starting your bulb replacement take a look at the area, use a flashlight or shop light. the only way to access the area behind headlight assembly is by removing or taking out enough of the clips (3, 4, 5, maybe 6 if you have the time and can locate them) these are the push in type "clips" if you google image search for honda fender liner clips you will see they are quite friendly. Once you have access be sure to check the owners manual or other diagrams so you know which bulb or bulbs you are feeling for. It's not as difficult as it may sound, however I know that everyone isn't equipped the same with tools and the space or privacy to work on our own vehicles.
