Replacing Outboard CV Boot
So I discovered a tear in the outboard CV boot on the drivers side. A small tear, just enough to fling a little grease on the caliper and control arm. Didn't even get any on the wheel.
Does the axle nut need to be removed, or is there a way to pull the CV from the hub and replace the boot?
Thanks!

Remove the cv joint from the hub also you will have to separate the inner cup from the diff, take the complete axle out and cut the old cv boot out of the way, using a brass hammer you will have to tap out the joint the rest is straight forward
