Default Returnless to return Fuel system

I want to convert my returnless fuel system to a RETURN fuel system. I know I need a new fuel rail, regulator and a line going back to the tank but does anyone know how to exactly do this? I'll be finishing up on my turbo pretty soon and this is what I need to do to up the boost. TIA!

not sure on the s2000, but on my old car the fuel rail had a plug on the end the line screwed into. some years didnt get that fuel rail tho, they got one that was closed up. so assuming the s2000 needs a new fuel rail, its pretty straightforward. line going from the fuel rail to a 1:1 regulator, line from regulator to tank. that's about all there is to it.

I hope its that is easy. I wonder if the ECU will be ok with this change?

A stock 06-07 PCM won't be ok with it. There is no need to convert to a return system on a NA car.

I hate to ask, what are you planning on using for engine management? there are several things very different about a 06-07 that don't let you use the same EMS setups that an earlier car does.

I have the the only AEM EMS with the harness made for the DBW. I'm not NA anymore. I'm installing a turbo and want to boost more than 10 psi so I have to go to return fuel system.

I don't know if there is a place I can hook up the return line hose. hopeful I won't have to drill and tap a line for it but maybe honda left it there but covered up.

i dont see why the ecu would even notice it. if it were to be hooked up on a stock ecu. assuming you are na, and you hooked it up, and set it up at the stock fuel pressure, the ecu should be blind to it all.

the older s2k's have a return system right? use a pre 06 fuel rail if the pre 06 rail has a fitting on it already. not sure if it does, but if it does, that would simplify things.
