Default Ride height with Spoon Progressives?

I have recently ordered a set of Spoon progressive springs to be installed on the stock Showas... I was wondering how they reacted, and how much drop was incured? Also, if there was a signifigant amount of "sag" after they had some serious miles on them?
Thanks for your help!

I think you have the older Spoon progressives made by KG/m, cuz the new ones are now made by some other company, can't remember. If it's the older ones, than they don't sag, settle to about a bit over an inch.
