Right Hand Drive Superchargers
I'm interested in supercharging and have a rhd car (UK spec). Having looked at the Comptech instructions it looks like the fuel pressure regulator is located on the left inner fender around the brake booster. On rhd models the battery is in this spot with a small clearance to the inner fender.
Anyone know if the Comptech can be fitted to a rhd car of if there are other versions that fit on rhd cars? Have looked up and seen the Vortech although the $6000 price quoted sounds too high (is this right?) Have seen a couple of mentions of 'Distinto Bellazza' as rhd superchargers. Cannot track them down anywhere. Anyone fitted an S/C in Japan or know if Comptech parts can be moved around? ( I want to keep the install as neat as possible and avoid drilling extra holes to fit parts designed for a lhd install.)
Any information on rhd superchargers would be appreciated!
Thanks

Why don't you just get a HKS turbo kit from Japan? That suits you perfectly and costs approximately the same thing nevertheless. Power output is definitely higher while both methods are forced so it doesn't make much of a difference to shortening the lifespan of your engine.
