How long after the clutch was installed did it take for the car to start making this noise?

like 6 days about 320 miles afterwards

Any number of things, check the simplest first, make sure the clutch fork is properly installed in it's bracket.

You didn't have a heavy clamping force clutch put in by chance did you? It could be a thrust bearing failure.

Im not sure what that sounds like, but it would change when you press the clutch in.
