Roll bar garnish
Hey,
i had to have my passager seatbelt replaced, fyi Honda’s carry a lifetime warranty on the seatbelts if they fail not due to an accident. I don’t think they put the roll bar garnish back on right. The gaps are all wrong on that side. When I pulled the back garnish where there is a vent behind the seat I noticed the roll bar was under the center storage. I don’t remember it being this way when I was back there messing with the speakers that the last owner installed there. Am I right and this is wrong?

That piece is correct. I'll go take a pic of mine for you. They probably (most likely screwed up lining up the centre console with the roll hoops. I have pics of both, hopefully this helps.
PS: Ignore the velcro on mine. That was a cheap solution to my panel vibrating. The roll hoops sit on top of the centre console. I'm not sure if you can see it in the pictures I put on here but the chances are really high that those aren't lined up properly. It is about an hour of work to fix what they screwed up. You need to remove your transmission tunnel plastic pieces and your centre console to fix this.
