Default rolled down a hill, wont start

Ok so long story short i parked on a slight hill, got out for a second had the ebrake in place but the gear in neutral (which i never usually for fear of the exact same event) step out. the car begins to roll, the doors are locked, i scramble for my keys and to unlock the door, as i get the door open, it smacked into a garbage can (leave a nice mark on the door) anyways the car rolls to the bottom of the incline. (the road was a old fashion like cobblestone road). go to crank it over and leave and all i get is a starter noise. so call a buddy to bring jumpers , same deal....all i get is the cranking of the starter no fuel, not even a fuel smell. I tried to give it some gas as i crank....nothing. I want to say its teh fuel cut off that needs to be reset by hand but i have no manual and have no clue where it is located. Or does someone else have any other opinions ? Thanks for the help ahead of time
