At 25k on the kit, you have exceeded the life expectancy of an exedy clutch. Plan to drop trans, and replace all.

The jobs not bad, I wasted a lot of time putting the job off because I thought it was gonna be a pain, it wasn’t bad at all.

I want to get it done properly while everything is out.

I've read good things about an ACT PP + OEM clutch combo. I'll also go with all OEM release bearing and guide, pilot bearing, clutch fork, resurface the flywheel, new hardware, and make sure everything that needs grease is greased well with Urea grease.
