Default RPM Rev Problems

Today i uninstalled the intercooler and turbo kit from my car and installed new headers and a cold air intake since i'm going back to stock. After the installation I go to start my car and it won't rev above 3,000RPM. It does it all the time, both in neutral and in all gears. And sometimes it revs just fine but after driving it about 5 minutes it won't goes back again into "limp" mode.

I seriously don't know what the problem could be...

And yes I am throwing some CELs. But these codes I already had before the installation:

P0135 - Sensor 1 heater system malfunction
P0300 - Random cylinder misfire detected
P0301 - Cylinder number 1 misfire detected
P0304 - Cylinder number 4 misfire detected

I got a new code after replacing the valve cover gasket the same day I uninstalled the kit but before installing the new headers and cold air intake, which I think I didn't push back in all the way. But could that be the cause of the RPM acting up?

P0369 - CMP sensor "B" intermittent interruption

Thank you so much to everyone who can help!!!

If you forgot to plug the cam sensor in or a soft set connector that could do it. Ap1 or 2 valve cover? Try unplugging cam sensor and reconnecting it also if you don't have a battery saver or anything like that plugged into the car try disconnecting both battery terminals and connecting the cables together for 15 min to reset the ecu and reboot it

Well it did throw a campshaft position sensor afterwards. I screwed the sensor in but it was loose. I just now put in a different bolt and now its nice and tight. And to answer your question it is an AP2 2006. I will see if that helped anything here in a lil bit.
