Default Running on 3 cyls tried almost everything help

Ive searched and searched and searched. So one day my car started really rough at a fast food drive through. CEL came on and flashed etc. So I drove home not far very easy, which i never take my car over 5k anyways even leading up to this. Changed plugs nothing changed. So I bought some very low mileage injectors from a friend and nothing changed. I unplugged the coil to the cyl 2nd from fire wall and the idle didnt change when if any of the others where unplugged the idle changed. So i swapped coils with another cylinder and it still was not firing on the same cylinder. So i figure the coils are all good. Newer injectors that were from a good running car, and new spark plugs properly gapped. While the car was running i unplugged that same cylinders injector plug and nothing changed in the idle. Any ideas?? I plan to get a compression/leakdown test soon. But any other ideas in the mean time I am very confused.. CELs thrown, random misfire on all cyls, and cyl 3 misfire and sometimes cyl 1... Help please

Is there noticeable knock when @ idle? Low coolant or coolant/oil mixing?

did a compression test, readings cant be correct... Am i doing correct? Unlplugged all the coils, unplugged all injector clips, took all the spark plugs out. Car is at normal operating temp, wot and like 7 cranks and getting no cylinder with more than 120. 2 were like 120, 1 was 70, one was 60ish..?? It seems if those readings were correct the car would run like total shit normal driving. Which it drives normal really it seems, other than idle is a little rough?

Possibly Bent Valves and or Cracked Retainers? Do a leak down test to be sure.
