s/c for 2004
Yes, Comptech makes one, which I installed a couple months ago. There's supposedly an upgrade on the way for a smaller pulley, but they haven't been able to provide me a release date on it yet.
My kit runs fine and I'm happy with it, but there were misalignment issues. The FPR bracket holes did not line up with the stock inside fender wall holes, that same bracket required relocation of an electrical relay before mounting the bracket, and, more dramatically, one of the VETC mounting block bolt holes that helps secure the main SC bracket (runs perp to main bracket bolts) did not line up with the receiving threads on the main block.
Maybe this is on par with such kits, but it did add time to the install.

Visser are you happy with tthe performance of the kit? Out of curiousity, are you running a stock exhaust. That was a question I asked a long time ago and never seemd to get a straight answer. How much hp do you loose , if any. If you keep the stock exhasut and header with a SC.
I'm very happy with the performance, but I should be happier soon. I decided to initially go without the after cooler, which was fine in temps below 70. But I've noticed a dramatic power and throttle response decrease when the outside temp goes above 70, so I've ordered the after-cooler.
I'm also currently running stock exhaust. With this and the current SC setup I noticed most of my gains in the vtec range. Below that the only real gains have been from 4.57 gears.
But I've ordered a Mugen header and exhaust, so that may help. Supposedly their 4-2-1 header design improves mid-range. Plus I'll save around 30 lbs.
I've got VAFC but I'm not tuned yet (and no dyno yet). I'm waiting to get all this other stuff installed.
In my mind, a big drawback of SC's is the weight and the effects on handling. I find the diff enough to where I'm seriously considering a fully adjustable suspension to compensate for the front end diving and swaying; while not horrible, I miss the stock handling.

Smaller pulley ( 4")
Had to tweak a bit to get the a/f's @ 11.9/1---12.1-1. Max rwhp 310 pretty consistant at 301 rwhp
The only issue was when first installed my a/f's were ok except when in v-tec,then It peaked at 13.5/1.Modifry put a thingy on the car to trick the computer to think the air temp was cooler than it is and only does this when in v-tec,now it is perfect.
I think it is posted in the atlanta area on this board under regional communities with all of the details.
the next thing for me is to lower V-tec--- 6-8k is not enough range to maximize my performance.think about what rpm you have to be at to down shift and still stay in v-vec with more than 500 rpms to max out the gear downshifted into. The only other option is to stay in the gear and not have v-tec until i increase a few hundred rpms.

<-------been looking for an MY04 SC dyno for a while.....
Doss:
I didn't mean to imply an SC will make your S2000 handle like a truck or anything. The effect of the extra weight isn't huge; more like subtle. But it's enough to notice.
Where the stock setup felt like it was on rails, I now notice a little bit of roll and front end push in hard corners.
And it wouldn't prevent me from adding an SC if I had to do it again; the power is definitely worth it. Plus I'm sure I'll be able to dial in my handling with the right suspension parts; and it'll likely get better than stock.
I think Mugen makes a suspension kit that allows a .99g skid pad result; not sure if that's with or without an SC. It's pricey but sounds worth it.
