Default S2000 2006 wont start

I have this strange problem , my 06 car has a turbo kit and for some time it has been rather hard to start , takes around 3-4 attempts then it starts and runs very good
But now it wont start at all, cranks but no start or even a burple

But if i pull out the fuse for the DBW (Drive by wire) system or the DBW relay it starts , but i push the throttle it's just dies

I've checked all fuses and switched the DBW relay

The Car also seems to have a parasitic draw , around 200mA but when i take the DBW fuse out it drops to normal around 20-40mA

Any Ideas?

It has a aftermarket ECM that i find likley to be the culprit

If you remove the DBW fuse and there's such a marked different, then I think you need to have someone to look at your DBW circuitry.

200mA is a MASSIVE draw.
