You still need to reduce speed into the corner regardless of alignment for best cornering. Yes, you may now be able to go faster through the turn but the maximum amount of grip simply can't be exceeded. Slow down to go faster...

To follow up...

New alignment was a pleasure at the track. Car initiated corners and hung in there with stock S-02's impressively. I was dueling with a couple of vipers and a 996 C4, and was pretty much hanging with them. They had more power in the straights, but their corner exit speeds were slower, negating alot of the advantage. Note that this is a very tight, technical track. Straight-away end speeds are just under 100 MPH in the S2K.

Best $70 bucks I've spent on the car.

In the race car we use the following:
(Remember this car is used for road racing at a fast track)

2.5 negative camber front
zero toe front

1.7 negative camber rear
1/8 toe in or zero toe

Suspension mods:

Mugen front sway bar
Mugen full bushing kit
Spoon X brace
Comptech strut brace
H&R street springs
H&R 5mm spacers

Tires: Stock S02 (best so far short of soft compound tires)

My car was out of alignment when purchased. I had it aligned at 1,300miles. According to the tech that did it, it is not surprising that the vehicals manufactured in Japan may be out of spec. due to shipping. The cars are strapped down to the floor of a ship by their suspension for about a month. This can cause things to shift in the bushings and subframe. My tech loosened the subframe made sure it was all aligned, tightened, then aligned the suspension. It was done to factory spec. The car tracks/handles correctly now.
