+1 for injectors. Borrow a set or buy used from someone who went FI if you don't want to spend the money for a new set.

Maybe i'll have to try that It's just a super rough idle and hesitant on low rpm acceleration I wish I had a check engine light, I'm going to get the alternator checked as well i've heard they can cause a misfire

 

any other final opinions before i buy more parts?

Can you try and keep the revs constant at say 2500rpm?

 

Keep the throttle in the same position, let's say 3000 rpm. See if it starts to misfire after 3-4 seconds then the rpm drops then picks back up.
Seems related to Blackfox and my problem as well.
