Hey guys I have a 01 turbo s2000 on I'd 1000 with aem and for a while the car would start stalling/missfireing or just kill the car after hitting a dip or hitting the aem so I would just tap the aem and would fix the problem and start right back up normally till not long ago it just died driving would start back up but will just idle if I give it any type of gas it will die unless I gradually give it gas then gets to about 6k then dies so I sent the aem ems the EPROM was loose so they fixed it and sent it back plugged it back in still same problem so what would cause my car to do this -.- tps reads the right v when I hooked up the laptop I'm a noob around the aem

 

Your symptoms sound like a loose connection. Have you done any wiring? Also, is the motor healthy? If you can get it to temp, throw up a screen shot from the aem.

 

Yeah it's good was driving just fine before all this happened and il try to get a shot haven't done any wireing

 

I feel like its the aem still if u tap the box and it fumbles its not fixed. If U tap the box and it doesn't, wiring to the box, the connector and or incorrect pin drag could be the issue

 

No taping the aem ems doesn't do anything anymore that was suposebly fixed my aem
