I don't know what's wrong with the s2000 but I do know your caps lock key needs some tuning.

Turn your cap locks off and don't feed the trolls! Well, technically Xviper isn't a troll. He's much too helpful usually.

If there was just some more detail in the description, then people could render a better diagnosis.
1. What about those centering rings? An absence of the proper centering rings fore/aft can cause a vibration at speed. Such things can have a "resonance" range, where below or above a certain speed range, the vibration can lessen or even disappear.
2. CV joints going bad usually will cause an increasingly harsh vibration the harder the acceleration - heavy throttle, hard acceleration, more vibration.
3. Your lowered car may not be aligned properly. How's the alignment?
4. Checked tire pressures lately?
5. All the lugnuts of the proper type for the rim? Are they all present and accounted for and torqued on correctly?

Answer these and you may have just answered your own question about why your car behaves the way it does.

As others have said, TURN YOUR CAPS LOCK OFF and next time, provide more details.
