S2k problems?

I was wondering can anyone give me a heads up on what kind of problems I'll be looking at if I purchased a used s2k. Right now I have a 04 WRX and I'm having the dreaded tranny problem, and I'm really not too comfortable keeping this car with the tranny it has.

It's a Honda. If it hasn't been tracked and it hasn't been completely abused, it probably won't have any serious problems.

If it has been tracked or abused, YMMV.
