Default Seat Rail

I have a 07 and was wondering if the driver's side seat rail is supposed to have a bolt bracket/ cover.
The passenger side does have covers for the front rail bolt.
I never paid attention to it before but just received car back from a shop and thought it odd that the passenger side has covers while the driver's side is void of it.

I haven't been in an 07' yet, but I hear the passenger seat has a sensor now for the air bag, so that may be related to that. Just a guess though, I'm sure someone else will chime in.

The drivers side doesn't have bolt covers. The 06-07's are the only ones with bolt covers on the passengers side.
