Serious Stalling Issues NEED HELP!
So I'm having a major stalling problem with my s2000 and I need some help on how to get it fixed. I'm going to try to be as detailed as I can to give an accurate picture of whats going on. About a month ago my check engine light came on for "Primary O2 sensor voltage high" and at about the same time, my car started to idle rough upon start up and hesitate until I shut it off and restarted it. My vacuum gauge also showed the vacuum at about 15 when the car idles funny. The problem usually goes away when i restarted the car. But as the days went by the problem started getting worse, and new symptoms were showing up. My car would hesitate when I'm driving at about 50mph or faster, and would stall on it own as I clutched in and came to a stop. When I start it back up and try to drive it, it feels like the engine doesnt want to be revved and it's like I'm hitting fuel cut at 2000-3000rpm. Today was the first time the car's been started in a week and it's gotten worse. As soon as I start the car it feels like the car isn't getting any fuel and it just dies after a couple seconds. I tried giving it some gas but it hesitates to rev and doesnt rev past 2000rpm even if I floor it. Eventually after a few tries I got the car started and it idled fine.
I've tried resetting the ECU and it does work for a little bit before the problems come back again. I've also changed the plugs, Idle air control valve, done the MAP whack a couple of times, and used fuel injector cleaner. I thought it would be the O2 sensor as the CEL is on for it, but after searching the forum I don't think its the problem. Do you guys know what could be causing the problems? Please help because I can't drive my car in it's current condition. Thanks

Ok, if you think like an engineer, would a plugged up exhaust cause similar problems? Like if the cat would fall apart inside (as they sometimes do), it could affect PO2 sensor somehow, and wouldn't let yo rev up, since the debris would clog up the exhaust.
Pull the cat, look at it.
