Well I've bin trying to trace this short but had no luck. Basically ONLY when the car is on/turning over the 7.5 fuse under the dash for the cooling fan/heater fan blows. If I have the car on the acc position the fuse wont blow and the heater fan/cooling fan will work just fine. I have tried disconecting every related relay and related electronics to it and it still blows. I'm not sure where to start looking since it only blows when the car turns on? I have attached a circuit here.
