Default Single click from the rear when turning

Hi guys. Here's the scenario: I'm stopped at an intersection waiting to make a left or right. Start to roll, turn to make the corner, and around mid-way through the corner, or maybe a little after, I hear a single loud click or snap from the rear of the car. Almost sounds like if you were to throw a pebble at a tin can. Happens in both first and second gear. Doesn't occur all the time, and it's more prominent when I'm turning uphill. Can be heard clearly top up or down. Only seems to happen when enough steering input is applied to negotiate at least a 90 deg. corner. It's just a single click.

Car is stock besides exhaust and Eibach springs. Both diff and tranny fluid were changed 4k miles ago. Running Mobil1 75w90 synthetic in the diff. No other issues or noises to report. Car isn't tracked or launched.

Any idea what this could be?

Mine is doing the same thing. Are you guys saying that even though the end of the nut is mashed in to "lock" the nut into place, I'll need to straighten out the mashed end part, retorque, and mash the new area of the nut lock it in?
