Sleeving the block?

I've made several calls to Paulus and Bill, both have been very helpful. They even replaced a lost headstud washer at no cost
AEBS offers optional o-rings on there sleeves. They can be copper, or stainless steel wire o-rings. The stainless one's are much harder to service, but don't need to be replaced everythime the cylinder head is removed. The copper o-rings must be replaced whenever the head is removed.
Stainless is reccomended for extreme boost applications.
The copper o-rings have no problem dealing with 25psi of boost on a 87mm bore S2k. (Just got done re-ringing a AEBS motor)

You still use a OEM headgasket with the AEBS o-ringed sleeves, unlike some other applications that use a copper headgasket.
I wouldn't use a copper gasket on a non-drag race application. Copper headgaskets are pretty well know for seeping oil and coolant.
