Default slight valve noise

Hey all, I have a 2004 with 104,000 miles on it. at about 82,000 miles I started feeling a vibration in the brake pedal on decelaration (sp?) and as it got worse I then stated throwing cel for random misfire and a misfire. I replaced the plugs, coil packs and didn't clear. I took the car to a honda dealership and their main tech did a valve adjustment and everything was back to normal. now 20,000 miles later I can feel the same vibration coming back although it is not as severe this time. I also get a slight valve noise upon cold startup but seems to go away when it warms up. I was wondering if I should go in for another valve adjustment but I would really prefer someone who knows more than the dealer guys as it seems they don't get enough s2000's to really know what's happening. anybody recommend a fairly local guy in NJ (just outside NYC) or the area that can look at the car and go over this and a few other things as well. I have patched my roof several times already and just changed my suspension and customized the stereo system but I am not so internally inclined if you know what I mean. thanks again

Well just off the top of my head I'd say Billman250.
