Smog question.

I have a 01 and will be needing a smog check soon. My car burns a lot of oil so I was wondering if that will cause it not to pass smog?

alot of oil like a qt between gas fill up?

you should can fail smog around here(california) if there's blue smoke out for the sniffer test.
