Default Smoke coming in car through vent?

Hello everyone,

The strangest thing happened to me today while driving to work. It's raining and it's humid. My windshield starting fogging up so I turn on the dehumidifier/feet setting to 1 and AC on. I'm on cruise control going 62.

All of a sudden smoke starts entering the cabin through the passenger side vent. I freak out for a second but keep my cool. I try to wave some of the smoke to my side to smell it. It's definitely not the engine overheating or burning as the smell does not indicate it and no CEL is on.

I'm thinking it's just the sudden combination of the AC and the humid air that's causing it. I think it's about time to check my engine and cabin air filter to and maybe change it as well.

Your thoughts?

Please close thread. After researching similar threads, this seems to be normal. I will continue enjoying my ride.

Yeah, that's what I figured as soon as it didn't smell like smoke.
