Default Snapped bolt in hole that holds vtec solinoid

Just finished my engine swap and had a sigh of reliefe. Then realised I forgot to put my vtec solinoid on. As I was tightening the very last bolt it binded up half a thread before it nipped up. So in an exited rush I thought I'd give it a quarter of a turn anyway and SNAP! NNNOOOOOOOO

I now have a snapped easy out I can't reach, tried drilling it but starting to go off centre and I've tried welding nuts to the end of it numerous times. Can I drive it with only the 2 front bolts tight with gasket goo around the seel? Just had the head rebuilt so don't want to pull it apart and send it to the shop. Don't want to pull the engine as I've had I'd out 3 times in the last 3 months, and I only just finally got it together again. Help me please!!!!!!!

Serious bummer. So sorry, but once you snap the easy out, you really need to put that on a stable mill to get the hole fixed.
