So, first time delving in and this is what I need...
Upon noticing the issue, I did a full oil change and this happens. A cold start was okay, but when warm - BOOM I get this annoying tic. This sounds like, on research the TCT. Alright, so not a bad issue to *change*, but will I need to play it safe and get the valves checked etc? Get the timing gear checked out?

At that mileage, you're due for valve adjustment, plugs, coolant.
Use Honda coolant. Premixed. Drain radiator. Do your best to get as much out of engine. Refill (no need to go crazy draining every drop, coolant usually fresh and like new at this point). Open top front bleeder until coolant flows out. Use a Lisle type funnel to allow system to fully bleed. Bleed until heat blows nearly too hot to hold fingers up to vent.
Torque new plugs to 22 lb/ft. Original Honda spec too low.
Valve adjustment, do 180 Away method to avoid mistakes counting degrees of crank turn. Just turn crank until cam lobe points up 180 degrees away from follower, adjust that valve. Repeat untill all valves done. Faster, easier, more foolproof.
