Tried fishing it out with some hooked wire, then removed the metal tube from cap to jubilee clip but not the rubber tube to the tank itself, its jammed somewhere after the rubber tube, but not sure where. I think it may be at the floating ball in the tank itself. The problem is its reduced the flow of fuel from the petrol pump so I cant fill the tank easily

Anyone know what the schematic is between the rubber hose into the tank itself and how to dissasemble this lot easily?

Are you saying the spring loaded metal round disc in the petrol filler neck has broken and fallen down?

If that's the case - oh boy.
