I apologize if this isn't in the right section, but I want to patch my roof since it has a small tear and I'm curious as to how visible patches made on the inside of the soft top, are on the outside. I'm curious as to what type of glue was used, if using vinyl protectant would make it less visible, and if possible if you could post a picture that would be great.

There are threads and stickies on the "usual" spots holes form; some frames have burrs that, if not filed down, will create wear spots and holes.
