How to properly stitch up a small tear on the soft top
My small little tear is beginning to expand, it's roughly about an inch rite now.. By the corner edge from typical use of opening and closing the top...
What material do I need, and exactly instructions to stitch it up and prevent it from spreading it more

I have a 1/2 inch tear that I patched from inside the soft top. Used a piece of soft top material a user was selling on the boards and bonded it with HH-66. 6 months have passed and still on.

Write-up by me:
Where to buy the soft top material: Part #8 costs roughly $20 for a piece of material about 10"x10"
I used this glue: 3M Spray Adhesive #80 for Vinyl/Rubber
Good luck

here is how i fixed my giants rips...
1. buy some soft top patch material from hondapartscheap.com
2. sew the hole together with some heavy duty thread
3. glue the patch to the underside
4. sparingly (this i didnt do so well ) apply black silicone sealant over the stitches on the outside
5. success! rip fixed.
