Default Some issues with my car

Lately I been noticing some powerloss once in a while. It just feels flat after 3k rpm and doesnt climb up like it used to. But sometimes it drives fine.
I also feel the engine sputtering in low RPMS, and sometimes I hear a pop from the exhaust which i never heard before.

Also, my oil comsumption is kind of high. 1qt per 700miles
I also found some oil leaking in my intake.
When the car was started, I took the dipstick out and noticed some smoke blowing out. Not a crazy amount but noticable

I havent got any CEL's
I have a testpipe and a Berk highflo cat
No smoke when i drive, sometimes greyish smoke when i hit vtec
bumper gets a lot of black soot

Any ideas what can be causing my problem?
Im worried of major issues

Sounds like a Piston Ring problem. Do a compression test followed by a wet compression test.

If your getting oil into your intake it could be something as simple as your PCV. This might also cause a vacuum pressure issue in the valve cover which could be pulling the smoke out when you pull the dipstick. A real bad PCV could cause high oil consumption and poor performance.

I took the PCV out, it was pretty oily, and i heard the rattle when i shook it so I assumed its good. Should I try replacing it still?
