My car makes an ittermitent sound that it sounds like light pinging when exposed to high latelar loads. The weird thing is that is noticable when the car is out of V-TEC ( or I can't hear it at high RPM) and I'm almost sure it happens when making right turns. I'm also sure it's not the V-tec solenoid because it's not nears switching point and it's not the same sound. Oil level is top ,temp up to normal, car runs fine. The noise was always there probably but I never paid attention because most of the times i was around 6K going higher and thought it was the solenoid. Lately I decided to do some testing and found out that it happens outside the V-tec zone too.
