Air in the coolant system possibly. Just check it in the morning when cold, see if the radiator is completely full.

No. Distilled water or better yet, go get a jug of 50/50 premixed coolant. The freezing point will be higher if you add water only.

Blue. Get it right from Honda. But if your car is around 2006 or older, it will likely have green and you are not supposed to mix the green and the blue.

car is 2008, topped it up with blue and no differnce. noise is still there. i will give it a couple of days and then check it and i guess the air may work itself out the system in time (if thats even the problem)
