Default Spark Plug Change

Hey,
My 02 has just over 35k miles and i figured i would change the plugs. I went on the autozone site and they dont sell NGK and, discount sells 2 kinds. 1 is $20 bucks and, the other is $10 bucks. I called honda also they sell them for $20 but he told me they are platinum. I've never installed platinum plugs in a honda just never felt they were correct for the car. I always just use NGK basic or iridium i searched but didnt really find enough info. What plugs do u guys use? Also if u can post up part numbers also that would greatly help thanx. BTW the part number i got from honda was 706795? Thanx

no, get the one from HONDA

what happen it there's alot of plug that phscially fit inside the tube but there's only a handful will performs by design.

if the car is stockish, go for the OEM NGK plug and normal heat range, it's a platnium plug with a very fine tip, it's only 16 buck ordering from majestichonda.com.

it's rated good for 105k, alot of people change it way too early. it might not be as shiny as new but as long as the tip and gap is fine, it's good to use.

some idoit mechanic put some vpower copper plug in my sister's celica and it make the car run like crap at higher rpm. The oem toyota plug are iridium and it's only 10 dollar from toyota.

$39 for all 4 plugs or $39 each? i would hope for all 4

In the U.S. post recall NGK part# PFR7G-11s (the "s" is for the stainless crush washer added to help keep them from backing out)
Honda part# 98079-571BH

OEM Honda plugs are Denso Iridium plugs, you can order them on ebay or from Honda, they have to be iridium. 35k? OEM plugs last you till 100k miles, you don't need to change it unless something is missing that your not telling us.
