try some brake fluid around the bolt... that usually works. **************BE CAREFUL THO**********
if you drop some on the valve cover or anywhere on the body it may ruin paint

do not put brake fluid? lol, use wd-40 and go buy some allen wrenches that have a handle to give you leverage.

Try to tighten it first then loosen it.

Get more leverage by sliding a metal pipe over the long end of the hex wrench. Use anti-seize when you reinstall.
