Spark Plug non fouler
All the non foulers do is make the O2 sensor sit further out of the exhaust stream than it usually would. This is to replicate the airflow it would see when a cat is on there. If you took the cat out and left the O2 sensor as is, it sees the increased airflow, and richer a/f so it reads that as low cat efficiency, and throws a cel. Thats the point of the secondary O2, the primary O2 is used to adjust the a/f. So now that I took the long way around, simply put, no it doesn't affect your a/f, just saves you from a cel which can affect many things.
I'm no expert but the tuner I talked to said YES the test pipe will change your A/F
but the only way to tell if your car is running lean is to measure your A/F
FYI I have a PLXS A/F gauge and the test pipe does change MY A/F range and DID lean
it out
But as Flashback stated above the Spark Plug Non Fouler itself will do nothing to your A/F range it only fools the Secondary O2 sensor so your CEL doesn't come on

Ok, thanks for the responses. Ive read in the s/c forums that it does change it but I wanted to make sure.
By the way, I have the 60mm invidia testpipe. I wanted to use the old cat cover to put around the testpipe. Do you guys agree that the best thing to wrap around the testpipe would be some header wrap so that the cat cover doesnt rattle.

sorry bro I don't have any advice on your cat cover question because I just have the test pipe no cover or header wrap.... but then again my header isn't wrapped either
I don't like the way it looks I know its not the best for performance but I'm willing to sacrifice a couple of ponies I keep thinking about the gel coat but haven't gotten around to it but anyway if your going through all that trouble I would try and just get it welded I would think that would take care of any rattles good luck
