codes P0430 and P0420

Default codes P0430 and P0420
my 2003 has 211,000 miles on it I know the codes have to do with the catalitic converter and running rich Should I start with changing the plugs and some fuelo injection cleaner

Neither "guesses" have anything to do with your code.

P0420 is an inefficient cat, repaired by cat replacement or a spark plug spacer on the rear o2 sensor.

P0430 is not a valid code, check again.
