( I can't imagine how that might play havoc with the aluminum head. Try backing them out and torquing them back to about 18-20#. Drive with it like that for a day or two and recheck to make sure all is OK. Then check periodically (a few days later, then a few weeks later) just to make sure they're not backing out. If you're really worried about it and don't want the hassle maybe it's time for Iridium plugs? )

Yeah i was thinking to go this way,i've read a lot about thoses plugs on this board but it's not clear in my mind of the advantage they give to our car !!! Any CLEAR answers ?? Thanks.

I can't speak to the benefits of the Iridium plugs, but from Honda's perspective, if your engine fails due to this spark plug failure...guess what?

No warranty coverage...(most likely)

Just something to think about...

When i'm not convince of the benefit of a replacement part i usualy go with the stock one !! So i'll check for
crusch rings ( didn't know you could change only that thing.isn't suppose to be attached to the plug itself no ? )
Anyway i think it's not really good to let them torked that high ( 30 !! Still can't believe it ! ) BTW : Does the plugs are installed at the dealer or honda install them ? I can't imagine honda torked them like that !!!
