Spark Plugs
I'm @ 60k and don't know when (if ever) the plugs were last changed. Want to go ahead and do it ASAP... What plugs am I looking for? We have a Honda dealer in town, should I try to get the plugs from them?
I'm Stock MY01 and will be running Test Pipe / FIPK within a week or so.
Thanks!

The recommended spark plug change interval for a stock '01 S2000 is 105,000 miles or 7 years. Wisdom would dictate that they be at least checked annually and changed if they appear to need it.
You can go to http://www.sparkplugs.com/ and cross reference your year of car to get any brand of plug that will work. Best to stick to the brand and part number of the one that you've been using if you've been happy with them so far. The dealer can also sell you the right ones but will generally be more expensive than going online.

Was hoping to get some feedback on which plug specifically might be best to go with? Wasn't sure if stock was good because I heard there was a TSB?
Also, all the plugs at the link say to gap to .044, but I thought OEM is .040?

1. Honda determined that the crush ring needed to be stainless steel.
2. Honda determined that the torque needed to be increased.
You won't find those original spark plugs with those old crush rings. All "stock" S2000 plugs that you buy now are of the new variety.
Spark plug gap is generally a "range". To say it's one number is incorrect. In fact, the OEM plug gap on an AP1 is 0.039" to 0.043".
You are going to have to re-evaluate the information you have obtained and re-vise what you think.
The "best" plug to go with is what Honda meant to be in there. However, this can be altered based on your driving environment and driving needs. IE, general ambient temps, track duty, etc.
