Question Spark Plugs

Hey guys, I did do a search on the topic but cant seem to find a satisfying answer, and, I am pretty new to the forums so dont know my way around them as good as some of you do. I am going to do some maintenance work on my04 and was wondering what spark plugs are the best to use in a stock vehicle. I have found the NGK-IFR7G-11KS at another website. I have gone to sparkplugs.co.uk but the recommendations I was given there show up for the 2.0 engine, the AP2 has the 2.2. Would the NGK-IFR7G-11KS be fine for a stock set up? I am getting them at a better price than what my local dealer is asking for the stock ones, please help!!

unless your car has high mileage, there is no need to change the spark plugs yet. you have until 105,000 miles according to the helms manual. platinum plugs last a long time. id only replace them if there is oil on them, theyre black from running rich, or white from running lean. otherwise its a waste of money.

The best thing you can do for your car (unless you're over 90k miles) is leave the OEM plug in the car. The plug you see on your website is not a Honda tailored NGK plug that came in the car from the factory. Even if the part# is the same.

You know what ammuses me....

When someone takes an $80 set of spark plugs out of the car, relaces them with a $12 set of plugs, and think they have done a great thing for the car

This is not directed at the original posted BTW...

I always laught when people take perfectly good spark plug wires off their non-S2k Honda to replace them with Autozone shit. They come in with a car that runs like crap. I get to sell them new wires to replace the junk they just bought that pulls apart as soon as you remove them from the plugs.
