Default Which spark plugs do you recommend?

Well I'm about to hit my 60k mark on my04 and was thinking about swinging by the dealer to pick up some spark plugs well before I decided to get ass raped I figured i'd search on here well it seems alot of people prefer to run 1 step colder to the Denso IK24 and have really liked them while some claim backfire due to mis-gapping, then again I read through pages of threads where people were arguing about how great honda engineers made the car so why change spark plugs and to stick with oem. Anyone know the part number for the oem spark plugs and the ik24's and most of all what spark plugs do you fella's prefer, thanks.

For non FI: NGK 7746 - stock heat range, .7mm iridium center electrode, tapered-side platinum ground electrode. Gap =.044"

If you use denso, use IK22 for NA and IK24 for boosted applications.
