Spark Plus Diagnosis

What are your thoughts on my plugs? I'm not having any mechanical issues. I simply had them out to do a valve check. Going to do a compression test in a little. They look a tad ash fouled though. Using this NGK Guide, they don't seem to bad. Just wondering if this is a bit much, even for an AP1.
Details:

They don't look too bad, maybe a tad lean for an ap1 but they still look good. Mine are always a bit darker than that from running rich. Ash deposits are from burning of oil, pretty much standard for all ap1's as they all burn a bit of oil. I think everything looks good.
