np on my help. For the wastegate, really check over it well. The wastegate should definately not open until you make correct boost; like fperra said.

On my HKS wastegate, the side nipple is connected to the vacuum line not the one on top. Talk to someone at speedcraft or tial about which hose goes where because maybe you've got it backwards? Or even a faulty WG...which I dont really think is the case (but u never know). Was it like this from the very beginning of the install or did it just happen?

Well, I went and checked the WG. I took off all vacuum hoses on the wastegate (which theoretically should close the WG regardless on how much boost the turbo puts out) and it was still open during idle and I still got no boost. I'm stumped b/c I don't know why the WG won't close. Hopefully Jotech can figure it out tomorrow.
