Speed-Craft's oil filter relocation Kit.
Does anyone know if this kit is custom made by speed-craft or can be purchased from
a different company? The reason I'm asking is that I broke the braket that holds the oil
filter and need a new one.

I'm not sure what speed-craft has (their website is down), but Perma-Cool has an oil filter relocation kit. You can get it for about $35.00 at Jegs or Jegs.com.
But I'm not sure that will fix your problem, though. Exactly what is broken?

Speed-Craft is out of business after some litigation caught up to them.
Does anyone have a picture of the part this guy needs? Sounds like something that could be machined up pretty easily if it isn't a standard fitment.

Check with them.
Wesmaster has the SpeedCraft and used a few parts of mine from a Ultimate Racing turbo kit. Not sure if you can actually mix and match the pieces, but if it's your only resort go for it.
