Default Whine associated with oil filter relocation

So I have come to the conclusion that ever since I installed the oil filter relocation kit with my UR kit that my there is a high pitch whine that comes right from the sandwich plate mounted to the block and changes in pitch relative to engine rpm. It hasnt gotten worse in over a year so I know its nothing serious but anyone else experience this or remedy the problem?

Just found another archive post of a guy with a greddy kit that has the exact same whine I have. I noticed today that it doesnt make it when the car is cold but once it warms up it starts making it.

I know its not the air filter because I the filter and intake pipe off the turbo and listened right from the turbo. Noone in the other thread could identify it either though.

Here is a link to the other thread and also a vid of his car which sounds exactly like mine.
