speed limiter @180kmph

Sounds like it's "hard" programmed into the ECU and a piggy back won't affect it. Perhaps a replacement ECU like the AEM will do the trick.

Post in the UK forum. They import a lot of JDM S2000's and know how to disable the speed limiter.

tnx guys i got my s2 from japan thats why its set at 180km speed limiter. Will a hks speed limit defencer work? or a greddy speed cut limiter? in the philippines theres no law on overspeeding violations hehe

it cant detect octane. it'll start knocking with lower octane and the knock sensors will retard the timings
