Are you running SC or turbo ? SC makes no difference but the manifold goes into the turbo and the turbine rotates about 100 000 RPM. I have a Rado ceramic watch and I can scratch metal with no effect on my watch ! If the coating is as hard as my ceramic watch a small part will destroy the turbo. I'm not sure if I would take the risk.
I think you are a little confused about ceramic coating. Ceramic coating isn't inside the manifold itself. It's only on the outside. So how could it flake off and get through the walls of the manifold and get into the turbine wheel? That can't happen, and really is impossible.

look..i'm not gonna argue about this. What I was talking about wasn't tuning at all. If you do a bad tune and pop a piston through your hood....tough poop. But, if the manifold were to fail and shred my $hit...well that really wasn't my fault was it?? That is all I was asking about!
If the manifold were to self destruct and shred the motor we would warranty it, however the probability of this hapaening is a billion to one

in the pic of the car u posted, i saw the lines are not stainless
Good eyes
Yes our oil relocation kit on the car utilizes rubber, it is the prototype however and all oil lines and oil relocation lines will be stainless braided

Looks like you are confused! Outside ceramic coating is history because only coating on the outside accelerates the destruction of the manifold. Also check the pictures provided by spool and read the threads.

Yes our manifolds are coated in an out to prevent corrosion and heat transfer. This helps keep the heat in the manifold and actually slightly benefits turbo responsiveness by channeling all of the energy more efficiently towards the turbine.

We have a manufacturing facility in homestead but there is no showroom.
We sell our kits primarily threw dealers, we just manufacture and offer tech support

Can you tell me where???? Richmond is seriously lacking some great tuners...

When do you get max boost/

What is max boost?

What are you doing to manage fuel and timing?

Emanage manages fuel on our stage 2 and on our stage 1 we utilize a high flow fuel pump and FMU. We do not utilize a timing controller or retarder

Stage 1 peaks 4.5 psi
Stage 2 peaks at 6psi

Full boost is achieved under 4k rpm on our stage 2

We are opening a location (cannot exactly specify due to forum regs) but its off of Hull St in the Richmond area.

No we will not have a dyno or will perform installs. It will mainly be a retail/distribution center and some manufacturing on premisis.
