The stock will fit to the Spoon calipers but you have to take off (cut) the clip thingy and the backing plates then you can have the pad go in smoothly.

Like AJ said, the pad will fit with slight modification... I would personally go with endless.. They are the pads Spoon uses on it's track cars... Always a nice Endless sticker on the side....

Unless you get the mildest endless pads and the car is driven on the street, I don't see a reason why you couldn't run stock pads. They are cheap and don't dust very much and work out great. Just take a dremel to the backing plate and remove the 2 clips on 2 of the four pads. Not a big deal at all.

ahhh, you got the wrong calipers. Those are the older calipers for integra/civic. Isn't it weird how they have to run such a large pad? Anyways, sell those calipers and get the right ones.

Vapors is correct. Those are the old civic calipers.. Stock pads will work as AJ mentioned. All you have to do is cut the metal reminder tab off.
You need the 4 piston monoblock calipers with the AP1 bracket kit.
